Are you experiencing turbulent emotions and thoughts, struggling with self-esteem, or are feeling lost? As a trained clinical psychotherapist, I use evidence-based therapeutic modalities and aim to provide a safe space for you to talk through situations, emotions and experiences that distress you so that you can experience healing and hope. My endeavour is that therapy helps you gain more clarity, direction, and resilience. Identifying as an East-Asian therapist, I find it meaningful to help adult children of immigrants overcome the impacts of chronic stress & heal.
Using an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy, I am passionate about supporting individuals with the following areas: Self-esteem issues, toxic relationship recovery, attachment issues, anxiety/stress, inner child work, and life transitions. For clients that request it specifically, I can also provide Christian counselling.
