Hello and welcome! My name is Arielle and I have over a decade of experience supporting children, youth, and families. I use a range of evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, and EMDR. I also have considerable training and experience working with children using play therapy. I have worked extensively with youth and young adults who struggle with disordered eating, body image concerns, and self-esteem. As well as parent/child conflict, behavioural concerns and family therapy. I provide compassionate care that helps children, youth and families achieve positive changes in their lives.
