I'm Ali and I help people to face their pain in ways that feel genuine, compassionate, and aligned with their values. Together we will dig deep to understand your hurt, foster compassion for your struggles, let go of what no longer serves you, and envision new possibilities. We will collaborate as a team, but ultimately you will get to know yourself better.
