I draw upon my extensive experience working with children, youth, and adults living with mental health challenges (including mood and behaviour, grief, generational trauma, attachment wounds, life transitions, and parenting concerns). I am passionate about providing support to individuals and families, and use an eclectic approach to best support your needs.
I firmly believe that resilience is at the core of each of our identities, and that we have the capacity for courage and the strength to work through adversity.
