Hi, my name is Antoine Lemay and I recently completed my graduate studies in psychotherapy at the University of Hearst. I follow an integrative approach where I rely primarily on the concepts of person-centered therapy, psychodynamic therapy and CBT, adapted to meet the unique needs of each client. I offer sessions in French and English. I also offer sliding-scale therapy services.
I provide a safe & judgement free environment to help you explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviors. I consider each individual as a human being and I firmly believe that everyone has the potential for growth. My main goals in therapy are to help you work on acceptance, to discover new ways of thinking and to give you the tools to become self-sufficient.
