I have worked in the addictions and mental health field since 2007. I am a Certified Clinical Traumatologist and have worked with individuals diagnosed with anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use issues, and relationship conflict . I use a blend of various approaches in my practice (Cognitive Processing Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, ACT...)
