Anthony is a Registered Psychotherapist and the co-founder of holisticpsychotherapy.ca, a Canada-wide resource for holistic mental health. Anthony is deeply interested in the connection between organ and tissue states, mental and emotional health, relational dynamics, and spirituality - and he integrates these perspectives into his therapeutic work. Anthony also provides intention and integration therapy for individuals engaging in Indigenous plant medicine ceremonies and psychedelic treatments.
Anthony's approach focuses on discovering the root issues affecting overall health by exploring childhood trauma, physical and psychospiritual symptoms, suppressed emotional states, core beliefs, and dreams. Anthony blends together various modalities including somatic, emotion-focused, depth-focused, cognitive and behavioral, and mindfulness-based.
In his spare time, Anthony studies herbalism, Indigenous healing modalities, and principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition to being a Psychotherapist, Anthony is a Fire Keeper and Song Carrier for Anishinaabe Elder, Douglas Cardinal, and a humble student of North and South American Indigenous teachings and ceremonies.
