I embrace spiritually-integrated psychotherapy to explore life purpose / existential meaning and support those seeking for faith-based counselling.
We have the capacity to grow, build resilience and inner strength to break free from the challenges we face. Using integrative, experiential psychotherapy approaches (AEDP, CBT, Narrative, EFT, IFS), the therapy sessions becomes a healing experience to explore within you what is beautiful within you and possibly hidden due to pain, suffering and confusion.
