I work with both couples and individuals, and I have supported people with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, life transition, adjustment difficulties, addiction and other challenges. I use a multi-disciplinary approach, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy.
With sincere passion and empathy, I will work collaboratively with you to address challenging life experiences and to identify barriers to change and growth. I work both at the office and virtually.
