EMDR, anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Communication, Faulty Thinking, Anger Issues, Healthy Boundaries, Couples, Youth/Kids (age8+),Trauma, Addictions, Self-Esteem and more. I also offer Equine Assisted Learning for individuals, groups, families and corporate. NOTE: Psychology Today listed me as a Clinical Social Worker and I am not, I have two degrees, one in Social Work and one in Clinical Psychology. Currently trying to fix this mistake with them.
I am client focused and believe that relationship is the most important so we can build a collaborative approach to life issues. I believe in self-awareness and providing psycho-education to help others understand the why's in life while offering skills and knowledge to make practical applications in order to make changes within and with relationships.
I am a Bachelor of Social Work graduate (2019) and have completed all of my coursework for my Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Counselling. I am currently completing practicum hours at Bear Creek Counselling and Psychology with limited hours during the week and my private practice afternoons, evenings and weekends.
