Currently accepting new clients > In this life we each face loss, hardship, trauma, challenges and changes. These experiences can leave us feeling alone, hurt, disconnected, confused, depressed, anxious, lost... Sometimes it may even feel as though we have lost ourselves, no longer recognizing the person in the mirror staring back at us. Therapy offers a supportive pathway through life's struggles. Together we find understanding and move towards healing. Along the way we gather your strengths and build on them, picking up those parts of yourself you thought were broken or lost while also discovering new ones.
My understanding of health and well-being is wholistic: inviting mind (cognitive), body (somatics), environment (nature) and community (social/political) into the therapeutic process. By embracing an overall integrative and eclectic approach I endeavour to create a therapeutic space that fits for each of my clients.
Life is up and down and can turn us around but we do not need to navigate life's difficulties alone. We are all capable of growth and healing through all of what life throws our way.
