Hi, I'm Anne and I recently completed my MA in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Spirituality at St Paul University. I bring compassion, empathy and life experience to my practice, and I use a client-centred approach that recognizes and values your individuality. My practice incorporates elements of an attachment-based perspective, Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy, narrative theory and CBT. However, my main priority is for you to feel heard and understood; and for us to work together on goals that are tailored to your specific needs and experiences.

I work with individuals who have issues such as anxiety and depression, trauma and abuse, grief, low self esteem, and Borderline Personality Disorder symptoms. I work under the supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist.
