Together we will expand on, and enhance your self-awareness and ability to cope with life’s most challenging moments.
I specialize in a variety of areas: anxiety, depression, loss and grief, trauma, relationships, anger management, stress, sexual assault, self-esteem, addictions, infertility and PTSD. I will work collaboratively with you to discover the most helpful ways to solve your problems. I use person-centered, CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.
Helping clients on their journey is what I want to do. I believe in creating a safe and trusting relationship and working together to look at what is going on for you in the present moment. Nothing can define us unless we allow it to define us. As the Dalai Lama stated, "Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional." I look forward to working with you.
