I work with individuals and couples experiencing trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, and relationship disruptions. I have a special interest in Somatic Experiencing and Parts Work, with couples I follow the PACT approach (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy) although we may draw on other approaches as they suit your needs.
Somatic Experiencing helps you connect to your body and nervous system, identifying how your physical sensations and other parts of your inner world connect to what you experience in life. This connection between body, mind, and emotion guides my work and facilitates working through intense personal experiences in a safe way.
We have all been through times when we feel lost or broken and we all deserve the support to work through this.
