I am passionate about helping you access your natural ability to heal from the root of your symptoms and reconnect with your true self. My approach includes body-mind-spirit and is based in attachment theory and trauma research. I specialize in ART, DBT, CBT and somatic therapy that are effective for a wide range of issues and empirically validated. I am an advocate of alternative therapies incorporating movement, sound, breath work, reiki and other energy-based healing modalities.
My interest in therapy stems from a deep desire to know myself and to assist others in living the most authentic life possible free of depression, fears and addictions.
