I offer trauma-informed care and draw on two decades of studying Buddhism and yoga to provide holistic perspectives along the way.
Through a combination of talk therapy, mindfulness, and body-focused approaches, my goal is to collaborate with you and tailor treatment to your unique goals and needs. I work with couples who want to address communication issues, cultivate a stronger and more satisfying connection and build intimacy, regardless of the stage or style of the relationship.
I honour each person’s unique process and encourage creative self-expression through art, playfulness, and movement, recognizing that words alone may not suffice. Additionally I am trained in EMDR.
