With over 4,000 hours of PhD Clinical Psychology training across BC and Ontario, I provide evidence-based assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. Specifically, I support individuals experiencing symptoms of PTSD, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, illness/health anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, OCD, specific phobias, and other stress-related concerns.
I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT for PTSD). Depending on your concerns and preferences, I flexibly integrate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness skills. I have provided CBT, DBT, and CPT across multiple clinics and hospitals.
