I believe that sometimes these things get buried and they become hard to see, and feeling safe enough with a counsellor can help them emerge from inside you.
Through a variety of ways, we can explore what is going on for you, the stories you tell about yourself, the feelings you have stored up in your body, and find ways that we can help you reconnect to yourself.
