I welcome all inquiries concerning counselling and psychotherapeutic help. My goal is to provide a warm and accepting environment where individuals, couples, and families can find help for their life issues. Sometimes it is very difficult for English speaking people to find help in our province. This will not be a problem here.
After many years in Employee Assistance work, I am experienced in using Solution Focused Therapy. I am trained as an Adlerian therapist and have also studied CBT and EMDR. I love working with people who want to better their lives.
You are welcome to come to my office (by appointment), I also offer telephone and video counselling throughout Quebec. Modern technology gives us so many options to connect, making counselling more available to people who are busy, shut-in, or living in far flung places.
