I have worked as a therapist for over twenty years dealing with such diverse issues as relationship distress, depression and anxiety, self- development and life transitions. My practice also focuses on working through trauma and interpersonal conflict. I am well versed in both practical, solution focussed approaches as well as insight oriented, and experiential therapies. My main areas of practice at present are split between relationship counselling and individual issues such as mood, self esteem and self growth. I also specialize in intergenerational cultural concerns and conflict.
