I started Anik Whyte Supports to ensure a responsive, supportive and welcoming service for you. I understand that life can hit us hard which impacts how we cope, feel, engage with others and even parent. Trauma healing, surviving crisis, coping strategies, relationships and parenting are all aspects that I can help you with. I also can travel to you (within 40 mins of Kemptville, ON) to help break down the barriers of rural support.
I am a registered social worker who has supported diverse individuals, couples, families, children and youth in active crisis for over 20 years. Helping them find connections, hope, strategies and healing is something that is possible and that I am I honoured to help with. I also can support longer term, through psychotherapy.
