Groups
DBT Informed Skills Group
This group is designed for individuals 18 years+ who are looking to gain knowledge and understanding in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills. This DBT informed skills group will provide participants with the opportunity to gain more effective coping skills. The group is delivered in 4 week modules that include: Mindfulness (4), Distress Tolerance (4), Emotion Regulation (4) and Interpersonal Effectiveness (4). The group is offered virtually on Monday's from 5pm-6:30pm. The cost of the group is $45 per week (totaling $180 for a full 4 week module). Please call or email for more information.
