My practice is online so sessions are in the comfort of your own home and I provide a safe and comforting environment where it's ok to think and feel however you think and feel without judgment or fear. We can work together to set goals for yourself and discover the best way that works for you to meet those goals.
I've experienced great success with clients when we've worked to understand the brain and body and why anxiety happens.
