Specializing in children, youth, families, groups, anxiety, depression and mental health challenges, I practice from a genuine, compassionate and culturally sensitive approach. The theoretical approaches I implement are based on clients needs and include strength‐based, client‐centered, CBT; Solution‐Focused Therapy; Mindfulness; Motivational Counselling.
