A safe space to talk about these unique challenges of motherhood with someone who understands can be so validating and healing.
After my first session with a new client, she feels heard, understood and validated. I want therapy to be something you look forward to. My goal is to help you show yourself grace, practice self-care, cope with your overstimulation and rage, heal your own childhood wounds, and ultimately thrive in motherhood.
I am a mother of 3 (2 year old twins and and 8 year old) so I inherently understand the struggles and joys of motherhood. I have also been working exclusively with women for over 6 years, both in counselling and domestic violence support. I would love the opportunity to combine my professional and lived experience to support you in your healing journey.
