I am a person-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive psychotherapist as well as a Registered Nurse with over 25 years’ experience helping individuals and families navigate health and wellness. I am now accepting new clients for Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is a psychotherapy modality for psychological trauma that helps process traumatic memories in just a few sessions. ART reduces the impact of symptoms related to stress, trauma, and distressful events and its methods help to change the way stressful images create negative effects in our day to day life.
We will work together to increase self-leadership and help to process emotions, wounds, and stuck points. Connecting more deeply to self can help increase self-awareness so that you can live more authentically. I work with individuals, couples and groups in-person in North Bay, Ontario and virtually throughout Ontario.
