I recognize choosing a therapist can be a process. I hope I can give you the right information here to help you decide. I most often work with people who are looking to understand and improve their relationships with themselves and their loved ones. I strive to create a space where clients can feel safe enough to explore old and new ways of being - whether as individuals, adult partners, or families.
Most clients find me to be down-to-earth, genuine, and able to strike the right balance between collaborative and directive. I use experiential and attachment-focused interventions to help shape new understandings and experiences for clients (and their loved ones) in session.
I believe in a mutually respectful relationship between client and therapist, and I am honoured when clients choose to work with me and their loved ones. If you are not fully sure whether I am the right fit for you, please reach out for a free 15-minute consult.
