I am Angie, Registered Nurse, Psychotherapist. My clients feel respected, valued, and appreciate the wholistic approach I take working through mental illness (such as trauma, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, growth and development) towards mental wellness. I provide a safe place to talk and most importantly be heard. Working on a plan where you feel comfortable to build the skills you need to manage the thoughts, life circumstances and path life is taking you. Developing skills and personal growth so you can feel prepared to deal with confusion and overwhelm when it shows up. You don't have to feel alone on this journey of life.

Free consultation will start with me introducing myself, discussing confidentiality, and what you can expect working with me. I offer virtual, studio, community and home visits (if required). I have worked the children and youth in school settings, developed youth programs for Public Health, School Boards and mentorship support to dedicated nurses.

I approach client collaborations with respect and privacy, while focusing on personal/family values and beliefs, growth and developmental stage appropriate, ensuring connection and safety.
