I work with Adolescent, Adult and Senior clients from all walks of life. Challenging life experiences can impact mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I have over 13 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in the healthcare field. This experience gifted me with an opportunity to continue to support clients outside of the hospital setting in areas of end-of-life (palliative care), grief and loss, chronic illness and pain, psychological trauma related to conflicts of war and crisis, caregiver stress and burnout support.
I work from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, client-centred, and strengths-based lens. I am certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and use a holistic, client-centred approach. Each session is tailored to individual needs and goals.
