Developing and maintaining relationships is important for living a fulfilling and meaningful life. However, relationships can also be difficult at times. Many of the people I support might be having heated arguments, unsure about their relationship, struggling with desire and intimacy, and have been hurt by a loss of trust. I also support loved ones who are looking to deepen their connection and get the most out of their lives with the people that matter most. In addition to supporting people with relationships, I have a focused interest in men's issues.
My specialized training draws upon the latest research on neuroscience, attachment, and arousal regulation. For relationships, we will work together in developing a greater sense of how to connect, communicate and get what you want. For individuals, we will work on developing your relationship with yourself based on your values and what matters most to you.

I am committed to earning your trust by providing a safe, caring and accepting space where you feel brave in exploring things that are deeply personal to you.
