Welcome to Druid Counseling! In relationship counseling, couples all report a failure of communication on some level. What does emotional accountability sound like? How do we convey a level of concern without giving offence to our partner? What does projection, defensiveness and anger management all have in common and needs to change to become positive growth? How can we move past accusation, defensiveness & accelerated domestic conflict with our partner towards stability, harmony and love? We start at the basics, and re-build, both in session & at home. I primarily work as a relationship / marriage counselor. I assist couples as both a guide, therapist and in some cases, an objective sounding board. So as to promote and maximize the potential we all have to improve our ability to love and our communication skills. This also includes learning how to listen, adapt, relinquish, aid and assist our partners.
I also enjoy working with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, panic, daily stressors, or who simply want someone to talk to who operates outside their daily social circle. I have worked with many different mental health situations, including but not limited to: trauma, LGBTQ issues, crisis, grief, suicide, personality disorders & anger.
