Hi there! I am a dedicated and relational therapist who believes each person has a unique and valuable story to tell. I aim to help individuals process their pain and distress while also learning to view themselves with greater acceptance and compassion. In my practice, I specialize in the complexities of anxiety symptoms, whether it's tied to perfectionism, obsessive thoughts, self-esteem, sleep issues, concentration/ADHD symptoms, trauma, or overwhelming stress from commitments. Acknowledging the impact anxiety may have on our relationships, I also hold specialized training to work with relationship anxiety and sexual concerns.
I recognize that exploring these topics can be a vulnerable experience. Therefore, I prioritize developing a safe and accepting space to work together at a pace that feels right for you. In my work, I am trained in multiple evidence-based therapies that I personalize to your unique goals. I also happily welcome a spectrum of identities and backgrounds.
