I specialize in cognitive behavioural therapy to treat individuals suffering from depression, anxiety disorders, insomnia, trauma, eating disorders, and other stress-related conditions. I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology at Ryerson University in 2014, where I completed my internship at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in the Mood & Anxiety Program. I have worked in private practice since 2015 and opened my open practice in 2018. My primary orientation is cognitive behavioural; however I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques into my work with clients, including ACT, DBT and mindfulness strategies.
