I am a registered psychotherapist and I have 20 years of experience working in children’s mental health. I specialize in providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their caregivers. I also provide support to adults in navigating life challenges, particularly focusing on family related issues. I am trained in a variety of therapy approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, play-based therapy approaches, as well as extensive trauma therapy training.
I provide support for a wide range of concerns including separation/divorce, anxiety, depression, self-injury, behavioral issues, sibling conflict, school challenges, peer issues, parent-child conflict, and trauma. I focus on supporting caregivers in building healthier relationships with their child and finding ways to manage challenges in the family.
