Engaging in the field of mental health and holistic practices for over 15 years has taught me that we have the internal capacity to manage our own well-being with co-regulation. If you find yourself emotionally, mentally or physically overwhelmed or life feels painful and unmanageable, support is available. If you find yourself wanting more capacity for life, focusing on your inner world and reflecting on your perceptions, belief systems and relational patterns will begin to create a pathway through to your inner self guidance, which spills over into your outer world experience.
I engage with clients using tools and modalities rooted in the foundation of their value system. Through a mindfulness based approach you'll build on awareness of the thinking mind, the body's communication of needs and a deeper connection to the inner self. My approach is relational, strength-based and trauma informed, with an anti-oppressive lens.
As a therapist I will walk beside the client on their path of self discovery, providing a safe space to self express and I encourage the clients independent voice. We all have an inner pain body that needs tending to, learning to let go of what no longer serves us by leaning into the light, allows space to walk the path of a compassionate embodied self, .
