I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, parenting challenges and couple conflict. I use an eclectic approach involving aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Systems-Focused Therapy and Strength Based approach.
