Hi, my name is Andrea! I am passionate about supporting folks who navigate various intersections of systemic injustice; who don’t always fit into traditional molds; who have been diagnosed with ADHD or are curious about neurodiversity in themselves; and are going through transitions and a rediscovery of themselves. I love building genuine human connection that can be foundational for new opportunities, healing and growth.
As a therapist I aim to be honest, caring, direct and non-judgmental. I believe systems and structures of power have a profound impact on mental health and wellbeing. By using a trauma-informed, intersectional, and anti-oppressive lens, I hope to help you cultivate a greater sense of self-compassion and peace in the midst of a chaotic world.
