I work well with clients who are eager for change and seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. As a therapist, I believe we are here to become more and more of ourselves. The different types of concerns I specialize in helping people address include: trauma, life transitions, relationships, anxiety and depression.
I offer 27 years of experience assisting clients from various cultural backgrounds establish a better sense of who they are and what they want. As a therapist, I have successfully helped clients heal from traumatic experiences, overcome performance anxiety, self-doubt, depression, and relationship issues. I am a Certified EMDR therapist.
