Currently my practice is filled. You will be welcomed into a safe and non-judgemental space where we will collaboratively explore what brings you to therapy and create a flexible plan aligned with your goals. My clinical experience includes working with clients who experience various issues: anxiety, depression, trauma, complex trauma, uncertainty, life transitions, grief/loss, understanding our emotions, identity, inner critic, inner conflict and other stressors. Within a therapeutic relationship we will co-create a space for healing, transformation and growth.
Integrative approach with breadth and depth. Person-centered, collaborative and anti-oppressive. Formally trained in a suite of evidence based approaches: EMDR, Advanced EMDR, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, Mindful Self Compassion. Other training: Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (somatic/body), Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy.
