I am currently taking clients (5 years old and up) who are seeking assessments related to Mental Health, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Assessment prior to Bariatric Surgery and Personality Disorders. My focus in therapy is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety, OCD, ADHD and Eating Disorders. I do not work with Personality Disorders, and I do not do play therapy. My primary therapy approaches include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT-E, CPT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Exposure with Response Prevention, Systemic Desensitization, Internal Family System Therapy and Narrative Therapy. An integrative approach allows me always to choose what is best for each client.
