I use a wide range of therapeutic interventions that best fit each client’s needs. My client-centred practice located in the heart of downtown Owen Sound and provides a calm environment in which clients can feel at home and comfortable. I am dedicated to helping facilitate change in my sessions and I look forward to meeting potential clients and working with them to achieve their therapeutic goals.
I specialize in helping families (children/adolescents, individuals and couples. I have specialized training in parenting coordination, reunification therapy and couples therapy. I have completed various training's at Sick Kids Hospital including working with families/trauma and suicidal adolescents. Additionally, I am a EMDR trained therapist.

Groups
Movement and Mindfulness
Beginning April 2021 for 6 weeks, we will be meeting in person (with all safety precautions in place) for two hours a week to explore movement and mindfulness with myself and a registered yoga teacher. We will connect and explore supportive exercises that will promote mind/body connection as well as mental health support with an emphasis on community. Two options for times: Mondays 7-9pm and Fridays 12-2pm. please contact to inquire. *Benefits accepted.
