Want help managing your anxiety and feel less alone while you do it? Join virtual group therapy for Anxiety Empowerment! Anxiety doesn't have to take over when it shows up. In this group, you'll learn about the nature of anxiety and ways that we can work with it rather than for it. Using a mixture of tools, like thought exercises, movement, self-compassion, and internal self-assertion, let's work together to help empower you in your relationship with anxiety! Type One Diabetes Support Group
Want to connect with others with Type One Diabetes and receive mental health tools to better care for your whole self while managing your condition? Meyers Creek Psychotherapy runs support group sessions virtually to those in Ontario! Sessions are run for 6 weeks. Each week will have time for open sharing and a guided theme with therapeutic tools and reflections. Topics include diabetes burnout, self-compassion, emotional awareness, and building resilience, among others. This group is available as requested.
