I am a passionate and dynamic Psychotherapist with over 18+ years experience in providing Psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families experiencing a range of psychological difficulties. My work is inspired by eclectic approach in which I apply different therapeutic modalities based on the needs and best interest of my client. I predominantly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focussed Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Solution Focussed approach in my practice.
I help my clients reach their full potential by facilitating them to explore and understand their own attitudes, belief's, behaviours and ways of personal and professional interaction. I focus on modifying their thoughts and beliefs to achieve self-acceptance and change their perspective towards their surroundings; which in turn affects their emotions.
My focus is on the strength of my clients and capacity for meaningful change and self-growth by providing a compassionate and non judgemental therapeutic environment.
