In challenging seasons, we all need support in cultivating healing and hope. I have been practicing compassionate psychotherapy with individuals and families for over 10 years. Clients looking for support in mental health challenges, relationship or parenting struggles, as well as pursuing personal growth are welcome.
Using an attachment framework, I specialize in supporting families, caregivers and children as they navigate the impacts of adoption, foster care, trauma or other childhood challenges.
It's important to me that you feel comfortable in sessions. I do my best to work toward your goals in a relaxed and supportive environment. I believe we all need support as we journey through life, and it's a privilege for me to be invited into your story.
