I am a bilingual registered psychotherapist with extensive experience working with adolescents and adults across various mental health settings. I help clients to develop the tools and mental skills to identify and change their thought patterns, in order to improve their quality of life while increasing their self-worth and confidence.
I aim to create a compassionate, safe, non-judgemental environment where clients can feel and process their feelings. I adapt my counselling approach to my clients' individual needs, by incorporating evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, as well as interpersonal therapy, mindfulness-based interventions and solution-focused therapy.
My primary interests lie in sport psychology, and in helping women navigate their journey of prenatal, pregnancy, & postpartum. I work with adults of any age and teenagers aged 16 and up. Supervision- I offer clinical supervision to those in the process of fulfilling their requirements to become a registrant with CRPO. I meet CRPO's supervision requirement.
