My approach to therapy is based on the principles of integrity, transparency and compassion. As a current student, I am offering a promotional rate of 50 dollars per session while being supervised by a registered psychologist during my registration process. As a respectful and compassionate therapist I am currently working with ages 18+.
I have a true passion for helping individuals live their best lives. I offer a blended psychodynamic and mindfulness based approach, currently assisting with depression, PTSD, life stressors, life transitions and anxiety.
Is it hard to envision a brighter future? The first thing I do is guide you on a path of hopefulness given my belief in your resiliency and that every problem has options and solutions. You will leave each session with goals, a plan, and strategies to experiment with.
