I practice cognitive behavioural therapy(CBT) for generalized anxiety, depression, health anxiety and grief in all of it's many forms-death of a loved one, loss through separation, job loss or change in situation. I have a special interest in caregiver burn out and supporting those living with diabetes and their support systems.
I build on my knowledge of CBT and other therapeutic modalities to provide a safe, collaborative and supportive place for you to reach your goals. I bring acceptance, warmth and empathy mixed with a little light hearted humour and hold space for however you would like to show up.
