Hello! I’m Amber and I am a trauma-informed, strengths-based, Registered Clinical Counsellor who uses a relational-attachment-based approach in my work with individuals and couples coping with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, relationship, sexuality and communication/boundary challenges. I have been working in the field of counselling and mental health for 11 years and in private practice since 2014.
