Currently welcoming new clients! I work with clients experiencing symptoms related to their recent or past trauma, including personal loss. If you are looking to make a change but may feel unsure about how to start and want to spend time reflecting on your life, learning from your past, and making changes, I am here to help. I work primarily with adults and teens. I feel passionate about breaking stigma and shame related to past trauma or current mental health symptoms. I have experience working with complex trauma, grief, and mental health disorders such as bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety, and depression.
I will work with you to help you reach your desired goals. By creating context to our lives through reflection of our past, each person is better equipped to understand and change their current experience. I provide psychoeducation for mental health and trauma related symptoms to further the understanding of your own experience.
I strive to have sessions feel direct and understandable. I know that not everyone is the most comfortable in a typical office setting. I’ve specialized my practice to work in nature-based and animal-based therapies.
