I believe mental health is just as important as physical health and believe passionately that when people have someone to listen, they can uncover and understand themselves exponentially. Myself and my staff will come alongside individuals in a compassionate and nonjudgmental way so they feel safe and comfortable sharing their experiences. I support individuals and couples as well as provide parent support for those raising neurodiverse children, such as Autism, ADHD, PDA, Anxiety & FASD. In addition, our clinic offers assessments, OT, SLP, counseling and Dietitian services!
Our clinic can offer psychologists, counsellors, social workers, OT, SLP and Dietitian's. We seek to support neurodivergent families and take a neuroaffirming approach. We follow such leaders as Kristy Forbes and Dr. Ross Greene.
